Once upon a time, nature created trees—quiet forests that stood for years, asking for nothing. Then humans came, and we began cutting them down. From those trees, we made paper, and on that paper, we printed knowledge—knowledge about saving forests. Kind of ironic, isn’t it?

 

We destroyed something first just to learn how to protect it later, and for a long time, no one really questioned it. It simply continued, like it always had. Until, slowly, something began to change. Not all at once, not loudly—just an idea. What if knowledge didn’t need paper anymore? What if it could exist somewhere else, somewhere that didn’t cost trees? And so, it did. Books moved from shelves to screens, and suddenly, entire libraries could live inside a single device—phones, tablets, laptops—carrying thousands of stories without the weight of paper. No trees cut for every page, no forests lost for every idea.

 

It seems like a small shift, almost unnoticeable at first, but sometimes the quietest changes are the ones that end up changing everything.
